Antoine Masurier and Jean-François Taly Join METHYS Dx

15/06/2023 –  Two new directors have joined METHYS Dx this month: Dr. Antoine Masurier as Chief Technology Officer, and Dr. Jean-François Taly as Director of Bioinformatics & IT.

Engineer from Chimie ParisTech and PhD holder in Molecular Biology from Université Paris Sciences et Lettres, Antoine has been working since 2021 on an innovative detection technology for liquid biopsy, developed in collaboration between ESPCI, Univ. Paris Cité and METHYS Dx. In his new role, he will continue to use his expertise for the development of the new Onco-Me product line.

Jean-François holds a PhD in genome analysis and molecular modeling and brings extensive experience in bioinformatics and management. He was previously responsible of the bioinformatics platform at the Centre for Genomic Regulation in Barcelona, Spain, and served as Head of Clinical Bioinformatics at Eurofins Biomnis. In addition to his bioinformatics expertise, Jean-François has experience implementing ISO 15189-compliant quality systems and has contributed to the deployment of several high-throughput sequencing-based genetic diagnostic tests. He brings to METHYS Dx not only his deep knowledge in bioinformatics but also valuable industrial and regulatory expertise.
